My order wasn’t updating for a few days, and I was starting to get a bit frustrated. I reached out to support, and the first response took longer than I would’ve liked, so I wasn’t feeling super confident at first.
To be fair, once they actually looked into it, they handled it properly and kept me posted until the package arrived. If this happens to you, I’d say message them and give them a little time to follow up before stressing too much. It wasn’t perfect, but they did fix it in the end, so I’m giving 4 stars

I sent my return back already, and I’m telling you, I am 100% sure I’ve never had to chase a refund this much. Still no money back, and customer support barely responds like they’ve all vanished into thin air. Definitely not a smooth experience.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed opinions about them, i can’t say the brand gives me the most trustworthy vibe. I’m totally calm about it, of course, but I probably wouldn’t be in any hurry to buy from them again.

I was interested at first, but the ingredient info was way too hard to find and not clear enough for me. I also couldn’t really tell who actually owns or is responsible for the product, which made it even more frustrating. I don’t like buying something when I can’t easily see what’s in it or who’s behind it. Maybe the info is buried somewhere, but it really should be a lot clearer.

I really wanted to like this stuff, but the flavor just wasn’t it for me. It had this weird bitter aftertaste and a kind of chalky thing going on that stuck around in my mouth. I tried making it colder and using less water, but nope, still bad. couldn’t even finish the pack. Maybe some people are into it, but for me, this little drink mix was a hard pass.

everything got here quick and was fresher than i expected. one pack was a little squished, but it wasn’t a big deal. overall, i’m happy with it.
